Position Associate Manager  Marketing
Qualifications MBA  with Marketing major
Experience 3 - 4 years in a large organization
Details Research of market information for development of marketing strategies. Coordinating and implementing approved marketing  plans.  Liaison with advertising agencies and media.  Development of media tools.  Experience in industrial  real estate or textile sector will be a strong advantage. Energetic front end personality required. Exceptional  communication  and presentation skills.
 
Position Manager Estate
Qualifications Masters preferably MBA
Experience

At least 10 years post qualification.  Managing large properties would be a definite advantage.

Details Serve as primary support for clients of Textile City  who will be major industrialists, service providers and key business associates.   Facilitate customers in allotment of land process, provide assistance in interpretation of bye-laws, reviews and evaluations of customer applications/ documentation, coordinate clarifications with other depts., provide assistance for compliance of bye laws. Must be highly organized, possess a front end personality, excellent written and communication skills. Strong computer skills.
 
Position Manager Contracts
Qualifications BE Civil
Experience

Minimum 5 years  in contract management of large projects

Details Preparation, development & negotiation of bidding documents and finalization of contracts for the various operational requirements of the project, resolution of contract issues, maintaining organized  records of contract documentation. Excellent written and communication skills  essential.
   
Position Manager Electrical
Qualifications BSc Electrical. Masters preferred
Experience Minimum 10 years
Details

Experience in design/contract documentation. Significant experience required in design of industrial power generation systems, Power Plant design, transmission lines, distribution, lighting systems, grid stations

 
Position Quantity Surveyors
Qualifications BE Civil
Experience Minimum 8 years experience/ DAE with 15 years experience
Details Measuring various civil, electrical and mechanical quantities / parameters. Confirming proper application of materials and their quantities. Preparing rate analysis and verifying bills, performing technical checks on submittals by contractors. Must be well organized, computer literate and have command over Auto CAD
 
Position Site Engineers
Qualifications BE Civil/Electrical
Experience Minimum 10 years experience in large projects
Details Oversee civil/electrical works as directed by management. Must have worked in similar capacity on large projects. Computer literate and have command over AutoCAD
 
Position Site Surveyors
Qualifications DAE Civil
Experience DAE Civil minimum 8 years experience/ retired qualified Surveyors from Pakistan Army Corps of Engineering /Survey of Pakistan
Details Perform surveys of site works and submit detailed reports to management
   
Position Marketing & Sales Executives
Qualifications MBAs with Marketing major
Experience 2 - 3 years
Details Provide support to Marketing & Sales.  Coordination with clients, advertising/media agencies, service providers.  Advanced competency in MS Office
